Abused Cat Dies Today

So this morning my dad informed me that a twelve year old child had beat and tortured a cat. Apparently it was on the news. The cat had to be put into a full body cast. Unfortunately, he died today… It really pisses me off that anyone, including a child, would ever think it’s alright to torture a helpless animal. Where the hell were his parents?
